The restoration and stabilization of the retaining wall. The stabilization work included the reconstruction of the roadway, embankment with gabion basket, retaining walls, and riprap. The roadway work included aggregate base, asphalt pavement milling, hot asphalt concrete pavement overlay, guardrail replacement, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous work.
