Guaynabo Municipality: New Elderly Center

This project consisted of the interior / exterior remodeling of existing two (2) level structure of approximately 4,200 SF and new construction of 2,100sf. The structures consisted of kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, gazebo, pool and residences of two (2) levels, administrative offices, multipurpose room, health room, parking and improvements to existing access roads, gates and substation.
