VA Medical Center- Medical Center- OPA & Chiller Plant Emergency Power Generators Upgrade

Design and construction a new concrete structure to support a new 1750 KW generator. Install new underground duct bank via manholes, and install new transfer switch to serve existing OPA substation. Design and installation of two (2) 175KW generators of 4,160 volts at Veterans Hospital.
