Luxury Residential Construction

Construction of a multimillion-dollar residence. For this project we worked alongside a team of professionals including architects from an exclusive firm located in Brazil, a local team from Puerto Rico and suppliers from around the world. This project required the implementation of specialized construction techniques like wood stamped exposed concrete, mixed boulders, and a very unique cantilevered ceiling. We also worked in all the electrical and control infrastructure.

This project showcased Design Build capacities for exclusive constructions that required high specialization construction techniques, and our capacity to tackle very specific projects.
