Design & build services of about 7,200ft 2 in new construction adjacent to the existing Main Hospital Operating Rooms. Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Intermediate Surgical Care Unit (SICU) and a 4 bed Cardio-Thoracic ICU (CTICU), the demolition of all existing walls, acoustical ceiling, floor tiles, and unnecessary architectural features. In addition, power, telephone /communications, medical gases, sanitary, plumbing, and other utilities. Compliance with Corps of Engineers EM -385-1 requirements were applicable to this project and OSHA 29CFR Standard No. 1926.850 to 1926.860.
